Oscar Pistorius trail
Closing trail
argument.
Oscar Pistorius is a
well-known South African athlete, who is accused of
killing his late girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day. He claims he mistook
her as intruders trying to invade at his home. As Reeva locked her slf to the
bathroom at 3am in the morning fully clothed as she was shot three times by her
boyfriend.
Prosecution and
Pistorius lawyers have come to a final stage of convincing the judge with a
closing argument of Oscar Pistorius over murdering Reeva Steenkamp. Barry Roux
Pistorius’s lawyer states that “the intentions to kill one person (eg.intruder)
cannot be transferred to those of killing a different person. This statement
shows that anyone who might have been on his case would have done the same
thing that he did.(http:www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/oscar-pistorius/11017897/oscarpistorius) .
It is now all up to judge Masipa to come up
with a verdict that proves that it Pistorius guilty or not, because testimonies
have been provided by states witnesses and he was also psychologically tested
and the results tend to be that there is absolutely nothing wrong with him. The
question is did he foresee the shooting of Reeva or did he simply not care and
shoot anyway?
Is this trail going
to discredit and ruin his reputation? All we can hope for is for all of this
matter to pass and for him to regain his image and dignity to the public and
his fans. There are two sides of a story to this case is either one is fore of
against the case.
Is the whole
publicity good for Oscar’s reputation?

Oscar's reputation has just gone dead. all he has to do is to face the music of what he has done end of story.
ReplyDeleteWhat this man did was totally wrong. He must just go to jail so that they can throw away the key.
ReplyDeleteKennedy, Oscar has to face the consequences by the time the court finds him guilty of the murder.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as the verdict is being given Oscar will go to jail @Nomalungelo
ReplyDeleteThe publicity of course if bad for him and his career, that is he still has one. Whether is good or not he deserves it, he should have thought about it when he took a gun and shoot his girlfriend. I think that the whole case was unnecessary, he should have been in jail long ago.
ReplyDeletethe government has done it parts, there is really nothing that we could do.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that Oscar needs right now is good PR to help him regain his image and reputation.
ReplyDeleteIt is all up to judge Mosipa now to come up with a verdict, the government has nothing to do about this saga.
ReplyDeleteOscar must just admit what he did and stop making silly excuses, so the law can take it's course my lady!!
